How often should a mechanical watch be serviced?
Depending on the manufacturer, model and use, a service is generally recommended every 5 to 10 years. If your watch runs inaccurately or stops, it should be checked sooner.
What does a service cost?
That depends on the watch and the scope of the work. Before we begin, you will receive a binding cost estimate from us; we only start once you have given your approval.
Can I send my watch in?
Yes. You can send your watch to us fully insured or bring it in person to Emmerich am Rhein by appointment.
Do you use original parts?
We use only original spare parts or equivalent premium components.
